No Mercy Canceled

Thank you all for believing in and supporting No Mercy for the past few years. We have a big update for you all today.

As we have mentioned on previous project updates, it has been a challenging few years for us through COVID and several other issues. Fortunately, the past year has provided us with a good amount of client work to help us get caught back up, but has also made it difficult to find time to work on No Mercy.

After talking to the team, we’ve decided to put No Mercy on permanent hold. This means that although we may pick it back up sometime in the future, we do not anticipate working on it at all for the moment. This makes us sad that we won’t be able to finish the project we really love, but it is for the best.

Because of this we are attempting to provide a refund for our backers that are interested. We cannot guarantee when the refunds will be processed, or even if they will in total, but we’re going to try our best to make sure everyone feels that they’re support is appreciated. By filling out this form we’ll put you on the Refund Request List and we will work on providing those refunds, as best we can, in the order they’re submitted. For your refund you can either request the refund for you Kickstarter tier, or you can choose to receive two (2) passes to GDEX 2023, which will occur in late June 2023. This form must be filled out by 12/30/2022 in order to be eligible. Again, we cannot guarantee when/if all refunds will occur, but we’re trying our best. We greatly appreciate all of your support as it has helped us get through some very hard times and we hope to provide other great games to everyone in the future as we move in our new, exciting direction.

When is everything expected to ship?

We’ve been taking a “little” longer than expected to finalize the project. However, once the project is done, we will start shipping our rewards around the same time.

You can stay up to date on our social medias, Website, or Kickstarter Updates to have the most up to date estimates on when the game will launch!

When Will the BackerKit Campaign End?

We will take orders on physical items through Oct 31st, 2017. After that you’ll still be able to order digitally, but you will not be able to get your hands on those sweet IRL items.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
